This radical 1969 Chevelle SS 396 is owned by Joe Rozanski who resides in Westland, Michigan. He has owned this car for about 4yrs & has been building it ever since. His friend Jim Stone rebuilt the motor just last season & he hasn't taken it to the strip yet, but it sure tears up the pavement around Westland!
