This 1970 Malibu Convertible is owned by Joe Mike Schnitz, of Kansas City, Missouri. He bought this Chevelle when he was 17. Joe is now 33. This Chevelle was original when he bought it. It did not take him long to change that. It now has a modified 350, 'fuelie' heads, three-deuces, Muncie 'rock-crusher' 4-speed, and a 12 bolt - 411 posi. They say that everything goes full circle. True in this case. Joe is getting ready to restore it back to original. He has had 2 -'70 convertibles, a '70 hardtop and a '72 hardtop. This is by far his favorite car of all.
